Habitat for Humanity revisit

Back in February I volunteered a day on a Habitat for Humanity project in Morgan Hill.  Today I visited again to shoot final photos of the homes before the dedication this weekend.  Over 3000 volunteers donated their time to the six townhomes on the site, over more than 18 months.  Again I urge you to volunteer as part of a group, or individually on any Habitat project.  The next one in this area is being started very soon in Cupertino.

Habitat Forming

This week I spent a day playing working on two Habitat for Humanity homes.  Six homes are being built for needy families off Cory Road in Morgan Hill, and volunteers are always needed.  Corporate groups and individuals can donate time by visiting the Habitat Silicon Valley web site, and clicking Volunteer Now on the left side.  Hopefully I'll be able to photograph these homes when they are completed this summer!  (hint hint)  More photos from that day here.
